The mission of the Rifle Municipal Court is to seek justice and inspire public trust while providing fair, impartial judicial process in a timely and efficient manner.

To maintain appropriate resolutions of Rifle Municipal Code violations in an efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful manner committed to the community and victim safety, offender accountability, and the promotion of sound behavior. 

The Rifle Municipal Court is responsible for resolving traffic violations, criminal misdemeanors, park violations, and Town Ordinances which include animal violations, excessive noise, code violations, etc.
