Downtown Strategic Plan

In 2012 and 2013 the City of Rifle and community stakeholders created a Downtown Strategic Plan to implement the vision of downtown Rifle as a vibrant center of the community. The final Downtown Strategic Plan document is here.  Visual renderings of future downtown development are here and here.

Rifle Comprehensive Plan

The 2019 Update to the Comprehensive Plan was approved by the Planning Commission on December 3, 2019 and by the City Council on December 18, 2019.
