Community Engagement Programs and Events
Bicycle Rodeo
The Rifle Police Department hosts a Bike Rodeo with Colorado River Fire and Rescue every May. The event includes a bicycle obstacle course, free helmets and helmet fittings, drawings for free bikes, face painting, a bounce house, and a free BBQ lunch.
Cup with a Pup
Rifle Police Department hosted our first Cup with a Pup on June 14, 2023, at the Rifle Library. Our officers and especially K9 Chuck enjoyed this opportunity to interact with the community and make new friends.
We hope to see you at our next Cup with a Pup event. This event has agenda, just a good time to bring your comments and questions or talk about your favorite sports and activities while you get to know your Police Officers.
Trunk-or-Treat
Shop with a Cop
Coffee with a Cop
Join the Rifle Police Officers and Staff at the Rifle Library Community Room for great conversation and coffee. No agendas, just a good time to bring your comments and questions, or talk about your favorite sports and activities while you get to know your Police Officers.
