Probation

Adult Probation
Criminal Justice Services handles all of our adult probation orders (18 years and older).  If you are ordered by the Judge to complete Useful Public Service Hours or Workenders, you will need to contact Criminal Justice Services at 970-665-6103.

Failure to contact Criminal Justice Services and/or to complete court ordered requirements could result in a violation of probation, a contempt charge and a bench warrant being issued for your arrest.

Juvenile Probation
Youth Zone handles most of our juvenile probations (anyone under the age of 18). Youth Zone will provide the court with a pre-sentence evaluation containing recommendations to the court regarding sentencing options.  Once these recommendations are accepted by the Judge, Youth Zone then supervises the probation orders and makes sure that the defendants are in compliance. Failure to complete the requirements could result in a violation of probation.

Youth Zone can be contacted prior to your court hearing at 970-625-3141.
