Responsibilities
The Human Resources Division ensures effective selection, development and retention of the City's work force. This includes recruitment; testing and selection; salary and fringe benefit administration; and policy and procedure development.

Additional services include coordination of citywide training and development programs; development and administration of workplace safety and loss control programs; and property and liability claims management.
