Civil Engineering responsibilities include the design, construction, and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment such as: roads, bridges, traffic signals, drainage, canals, and water & wastewater lines. As well as: permitting work in the public right of way, Subdivision construction approval, and watershed permitting and monitoring.
