Asphalt Patching at Palomino Park:

On Monday, October 7, 2019, United Construction will be paving 24^th Place, East Avenue, Dakota Court and Fairway Avenue. 

If you live on 24^th Place:

1. There will be no parking on the street during the construction project.
2. The road will be closed, but you will be allowed access to your driveway EXCEPT DURING PAVING ON OCTOBER 7^th and OCTOBER 8^th. On these days please park your vehicles on East Avenue.

If you live on East Avenue Between West 25^th Street and 24^th Place

1. You will access your home from Rail Avenue and West 25^th Street.

If you live on East Avenue Between 25^th Street and 27^th Street

1. You will access your home from Rail Avenue and West 27^th Street.

If you live on Dakota Court

1. There will be no parking on the street during the construction project.
2. The road will be closed, but you will be allowed access to your driveway EXCEPT DURING PAVING ON OCTOBER 7^th and OCTOBER 8^th. On these days please park your vehicles on WEST 26^TH STREET.

Asphalt Patching at Firethorn:

This week United will be preparing patches on Firethorn Drive. These patches will be paved on October 8, 2019 and October 9, 2019. Access will remain, but please expect one-lane traffic.

Asphalt Patch on Birch Avenue:

On October 8^th or October 9^th, the intersection of 7^th and Birch will be patched. Access will remain, but please expect one-lane traffic. 

Waterline Replacement at Deerfield Park:

The 24” water main from the tanks above Deerfield has been installed down the hill and across the creek. The trail below the tanks is now open. The waterline will be crossing Acacia Avenue near Evergreen Drive and Creekside Drive between October 9^th and October 18^th. This will require periodic detours. Further notice for the detours will be provided when the exact dates are determined. The Detours are not expected to last for more than one day.

Mill and Overlay on Whiteriver Avenue:

On October 4, 2019, the intersection of Third Street and Whiteriver Avenue will be closed as shown below in red. There will be access to all locations within the closure shown in yellow via detours shown in green. This closure will last until October 11^th 2019.

Waterline Break at 26^th Street:

Two weeks ago the waterline on 26^th Street broke. Crews worked into the night and through the weekend to get the waterline back into service. Crews are currently working on repairing the damage to the road caused by the break. Work will be completed the week of October 7^th.
