It’s your turn! The Rifle Humanity Restoration Crew is hosting what City Manager Scott Hahn is calling a “hello rodeo”. It’s a rally-type event where people can come to connect with others by waving, holding signs with positive messages and just being friendly.
The first 20 people to show up and take a pledge to smile, wave and be kind, will receive a swag bag with a t-shirt, buttons and other cool merchandise. Limit one bag per family. Bilingual yard signs will also be available for Rifle citizens to put up in front of their homes or businesses. So come join the fun!
The Crew will be at Heinz Park and across the street at Rifle Middle School from noon to 1:30 or so on Friday, October 16th. We will have some signs available for people to hold up or you can make your own and bring it along.
Due to the size of the area and the fact that it is outdoors, physical distancing should be able to be maintained, but please bring a mask for times when you might be close to others.
We can’t wait to see you there!
